You can usually book up to 3 months ahead through our direct booking flow. This is useful for weekends, school holidays, and peak Kundasang dates.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in, contact us first because it depends on room readiness.
Are pets allowed?
Selected rooms can be pet-friendly with advance request and an add-on fee. Please tell us before booking so we can check whether a suitable room is available.
Do rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, our rooms have private bathrooms. Room amenities vary by room type, so check the individual room page before booking.
Is the road accessible by small cars?
Yes. The road to the property is sealed and accessible by small cars, though some parts around Kundasang can feel steep if you are not used to mountain roads.

Breakfast is not included by default unless stated in your booking. The Terrace Cafe is open for breakfast service only from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. It is closed every Monday. Drinks and a small morning food menu are available. Room service is no longer available.
